ingredients
1 package jumbo crescent rolls
1 package (8 ounce size) cream cheese
1/2 cup sour cream
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon chili powder or taco seasoning
1 teaspoon oregano
1 teaspoon cumin
salt and pepper
1 medium tomato, chopped
1 green bell pepper, chopped
1/2 red onion, chopped
grated Cheddar cheese
12 tortilla chips, crushed
directions
Heat oven to 375 degrees F.
Roll out the crescent dough on a baking stone or cookie sheet. Form into a crust (like a pizza crust). Bake 12-15 minutes until golden brown. Remove and let cool completely.
Mix cream cheese and sour cream until smooth. Add seasoning, lemon juice and garlic. Spread on cool crust and add veggies and cheese and top off with crushed chips.
