ingredients
3/4 pound ground beef, browned & drained
6 ounces tomato paste
1 tablespoon instant minced onion
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 can refrigerated biscuits
3/4 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
directions
Combine the browned ground beef, tomato paste, onions, Italian seasoning and salt. Cook over low heat for 5-7 minutes, stirring constantly.
Separate biscuits and place each biscuit into a greased muffin tin, pressing to cover sides and bottom. Spoon 1/4 cup of the beef mixture into each muffin tin. Top with shredded mozzarella.
Bake at 400 degrees F for 12-14 minutes or until top is golden brown and cheese is melted.
