Oprah's Chicken Salad

ingredients
1 1/2 cup diced, cooked chicken breast
1/4 cup cooked and chilled peas
1 tablespoon golden raisins
1/4 cup peeled and shredded carrots
1 cup shredded red cabbage
1/4 cup diced apple
1/4 cup sliced scallions
1/4 cup diced celery
salt and pepper
directions
Combine the chicken, peas, raisins, carrots, cabbage, apples, scallions, and celery in a large bowl. Mix well.
Season to taste with salt and pepper.
Store leftovers in a covered container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
