Diabetic Cream Cheese Mints

ingredients
3 ounces cream cheese, softened
1 cup powdered sugar substitute
2 tablespoons water
1 teaspoon mint flavoring (or flavoring of your choice)
food coloring, if desired
directions
Beat cream cheese until fluffy. Stir in the powdered powdered sugar substitute, water, flavoring and food color. (The dough may be divided into parts and different flavorings and food colorings added to each part.)
Knead until the dough is smooth. Roll into small marble-size balls, press each ball firmly into the cavity of a candy mold, or just leave as flattened circles. Unmold onto waxed paper.
