Orange Roughy With Basil And Lemon

ingredients
3 tablespoons butter, softened
1/2 teaspoon dried basil leaves
3/4 pound orange roughy or white fish fillets
4 slices lemon
directions
In small bowl, stir together butter and basil leaves. Place fillets on greased broiler pan. Spread one side of fillets with half the butter mixture.
Broil 5 to 8 inches away from heat for 5 minutes. Turn fillets over and top with remaining butter mixture and lemon slices.
Continue broiling 5 to 6 minutes or until fish flakes with a fork.
Microwave Directions: Prepare recipe as directed above except place fillets in 9 inch square baking dish. Spread one side of fillets with half the butter mixture. Cover with plastic wrap, leaving a vent in 1 corner. Microwave on HIGH 2 minutes.
Turn fillets over and top with remaining butter mixture and lemon slices. Cover and microwave on HIGH 2 to 4 minutes or until fish flakes with a fork.
