Spicy Orange Roughy

ingredients
30 butter crackers
2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
1/2 teaspoon dried basil, crushed
1/2 teaspoon hot sauce
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 1/3 pound orange roughy fillets
lime wedges, optional
directions
Process the crackers in a food processor until finely ground.
Stir together mustard and next 3 ingredients, then brush over fillets. Dredge fillets in cracker crumbs, and place on a lightly greased rack in a broiler pan.
Bake at 450 degrees F for 12 minutes or until fish flakes with a fork. Serve with lime wedges.
