1 jar (8 ounce size) basil pesto
1/4 cup dry white wine, chicken broth or hot pasta water
1/2 cup heavy or whipping cream
1 package (16 ounce size) tortellini, cooked and drained
directions
In 8-inch skillet, cook Pesto and wine over medium-high heat 2 minutes. Stir in cream and cook 2 minutes or until heated through. Toss with hot tortellini.

This recipe is DELICIOUS! I made it for our first year's wedding anniversary. I was craving Italian, but I didn't want to spend the money at an expensive restaurant. This recipe was EASY and DELICIOUS!! I cooked chicken on the side with olive oil, Italian Seasoning, salt, and pepper to add a meat to the dish. I will definitely make this recipe again!

This was SO good, my family loved it. I replaced the wine with Sherry cooking wine (because I had it on hand) and it was amazing! Oh, and super filling. I will make it again and again. Thanks.
