2/3 tablespoon vinegar
1 tablespoon butter
1 dash black pepper
1/2 teaspoon alum
directions
Heat to a boiling point. Take one teaspoon as needed for cough or hoarseness. May be taken cold but works better and is more effective if taken hot or warm.
