Shrimp Cocktail Pizza

ingredients
3 tablespoons Tabasco garlic pepper sauce
2 tablespoons prepared horseradish, drained
3/4 cup prepared pizza sauce
1 prepared pizza dough round (14 inch size)
1 1/2 cup Mozzarella cheese, shredded
5 slices tomato
5 medium shrimp, cooked, cut in half lengthwise
2 teaspoons parsley, chopped
directions
Combine Tabasco sauce, horseradish and pizza sauce. Reserve until needed.
Place the dough on an oiled pizza screen (To oil the screen, spray with cooking spray, heat, and re-spray just before using). Dock the dough (poke holes in dough with fork to prevent bubbling) well.
Top with the reserved sauce, leaving a 1" border around the edge. Spread the Mozzarella over the sauce, and top with the tomato and shrimp.
Bake in a preheated 450 degrees F oven for 7 minutes. Sprinkle with parsley. Allow to cook slightly before cutting into slices.
Serve with shrimp cocktail dipping sauce on the side.
