ingredients
1 pound pork spareribs, cut into 1" portions
2 tablespoons butter, melted
1 tablespoon hot pepper sauce
4 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
2 tablespoons flour
directions
Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
Combine melted butter and hot sauce in a small bowl.
In a shallow plate, combine the Cajun seasoning and flour.
Dip each riblet into the butter mixture, then in the flour mixture. Place in a shallow baking dish and bake at 425 degrees F for 15-20 minutes or until done.
