16 ounces cream cheese, softened
12 ounces Spam, canned meat
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon salsa
1 dash cayenne pepper
1 cup green bell peppers, finely chopped
1/2 cup celery, chopped
1/4 cup onion, chopped
2 tablespoons fresh cilantro, chopped
directions
Combine cream cheese, spam, Worcestershire sauce, salsa and cayenne pepper in a medium bowl. Beat with electric mixer at medium speed until smooth. Stir in bell peppers, celery, onion and cilantro.
Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour. Serve with crackers, chips or vegetables.
