ingredients
1 cup low-fat cottage cheese
2 tablespoons skim milk
1/4 lemon, juiced
2 tablespoons dry spaghetti sauce mix
1 large green bell pepper
directions
Combine cottage cheese, milk, and lemon juice in a blender until smooth.
Add spaghetti sauce mix.
Slice the top off the green pepper, set aside the body of the pepper. Remove the stem from the green pepper top. Remove seeds from the body. Add the green pepper top to the blender. Process until pepper is coarsely chopped and spaghetti sauce mix is blended in.
Spoon the dip into the cleaned out green pepper and use as a serving dish. Serve with vegetable dippers, tortilla chips, or pita wedges.
