The name, vodka, comes from the Russian phrase zhiznennaia voda, or "water of life". It can be made from everything from potatoes to beets. It's considered to be fairly flavorless which makes it a great liquor for mixed drinks.

1 1/2 cup shark, steamed or poached and flaked
1 package Italian salad dressing mix
1 cup sour cream
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon spicy prepared mustard
2 tablespoons parsley
directions
Mix flaked shark with dressing mix, sour cream, mayonnaise, mustard and parsley. Refrigerate. Serve with crackers.
