1/3 cup dark soy sauce 3 slices fresh ginger, minced 2 teaspoons sesame oil 1/2 teaspoon sugar 1/3 cup rice vinegar 3 cloves garlic, minced 1 teaspoon chili oil
directions
Whisk together the soy sauce, ginger, sesame oil, sugar, vinegar, garlic, and chili oil until well mixed. Set aside for 15 minutes. Serve with steamed or fried dumplings.
Store leftovers in the refrigerator in a covered container for up to 2 days.
