1 pound yellow squash, coarsely shredded
1 teaspoon margarine
1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
1/8 teaspoon chicken-flavored bouillon granules

directions

Combine all ingredients in a 1 1/2-quart casserole. Cover and microwave at HIGH for 2 to 3 minutes or until vegetables are crisp-tender and mixture is thoroughly heated, stirring after 1 1/2 minutes.
