The name, vodka, comes from the Russian phrase zhiznennaia voda, or "water of life". It can be made from everything from potatoes to beets. It's considered to be fairly flavorless which makes it a great liquor for mixed drinks.
Microwave Crustless Low Fat Spinach Quiche

ingredients
1 package (10 ounce size) frozen chopped spinach
4 ounces low fat Swiss cheese, shredded
2 slices day old bread, crusts removed and broken into small pieces
12 ounces egg substitute
3 scallions, whites and 1 inch green, sliced
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
freshly ground black pepper, to taste
butter-flavored non-stick cooking spray
directions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
Thaw the spinach in the microwave and then drain in a colander, squeezing out all liquid. Mix spinach with cheese, bread pieces, egg substitute, scallion, nutmeg, and pepper.
Pour into a nonstick 8 or 9 inch pie pan which has been sprayed with cooking spray. Spread mixture evenly with a spatula.
Bake about 30 minutes or until completely set. Serve hot.
