ingredients
1 stick butter, melted
4 cloves garlic, finely diced
1/2 teaspoon ground chili pepper
1/3 cup grated Cheddar cheese
1/3 cup grated Swiss cheese
1/3 cup grated Romano cheese
1 loaf French bread, sliced diagonally
directions
Preheat broiler. Combine all three cheeses.
Combine butter, garlic and chili pepper in a saucepan over low heat. Allow it to simmer for about 7 minutes.
Brush melted butter onto bread. Sprinkle cheese on bread and place on a baking sheet.
Place in the oven under the broiler for 5 minutes or until cheese is melted.
