4 slices bread
butter or margarine
4 pineapple rings
4 slices cheese, your choice
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
Spread one side of each slice of bread with butter. Place on a baking sheet, buttered side up. Place a pineapple ring on top of each piece of bread and top with a slice of cheese.
Place the baking sheet in the oven and bake for 8 minutes or until the cheese melts.
Serve the pineapple cheese squares hot.
