Double Decker Grilled Cheese Sandwich

ingredients
3 slices bread
3 slices process cheese (or your favorite melting cheese)
1 tablespoon butter, softened
directions
Place 1 slice of bread on plate or cutting board. Top with one slice cheese and another slice of bread.
Butter the outside of the sandwich. Cook the sandwich in a skillet over medium heat until lightly browned on one side.
While the sandwich is cooking, butter one side of the remaining bread.
When sandwich is browned on the first side, flip it over. Place the remaining cheese on the browned side and top with the remaining bread slice (buttered side up) on top.
When sandwich is browned, flip it over to cook the remaining bread slice. Remove from skillet when browned and serve immediately.
