Spicy Grilled Cheese Sandwiches

ingredients
4 slices jalapeno jack cheese
1 tablespoon butter
4 slices French bread, 1-inch-thick
1/4 teaspoon cumin
6 plum tomatoes
directions
Spread butter evenly on 1 side of the bread slices; sprinkle with cumin.
Place a nonstick skillet or griddle over medium heat until hot; place 2 bread slices, buttered side down, in skillet.
Top each with a cheese slice, 3 tomato slices, second cheese slice, and remaining bread slice, buttered side up.
Cook sandwiches until browned on both sides, turning once.
