Microwave Grape Jelly

ingredients
1 can (6 ounce size) frozen grape juice concentrate, thawed
1 package (1.75 ounce size) powder pectin
2 cups hot tap water
3 3/4 cups sugar
directions
Use a 3 qt. casserole dish and blend the grape juice and pectin. Stir in the hot water. Cover and microwave on HIGH 8 to 9 minutes until it boils. Stir well after 4 minutes.
Add sugar and mix well. Cover and microwave on HIGH 6 to 8 minutes. Stir well after 4 minutes. Boil for 1 minute.
Stir, skim and ladle into 1/2 pint jars. Put on lids and rings and process in boiling water bath for 10 minutes.

this is not something you can walk off from. I was making this with my kids and got distracted for a minute and when the microwave timer went off there was a huge mess. I will let you know how round two went when I finish it.
