Frozen Grape Jelly

30-60 minutes
ingredients
1 can (6 oz size) frozen grape juice
1 package (1.75 ounce size) powdered pectin
2 cups hot water
3 3/4 cups sugar
directions
In 3-quart glass bowl, microwave on high juice for 1 minute to thaw. Stir thoroughly with pectin, and combine with water.
Microwave at high, covered for 6-8 minutes until mixture boils. Stir halfway through.
Add sugar. Microwave on high, covered for 6-8 minutes. Stir once until boiling. Microwave on high for 1 minute at full boil. Skim off foam.
