These wraps are perfect for a convenient lunch or sliced up for a party snack. Bacon and turkey breast pack a protein punch while tomatoes and lettuce bring crunch and bright flavor. Avocado too, please!

6 strips bacon
6 flour tortillas (10-inch)
6 tablespoons prepared blue cheese dressing
12 ounces sliced cooked turkey breast
5 tomatoes
Boston, iceberg or leaf lettuce
1 ripe avocado, peeled and cut in thin slices
Fry bacon until crisp; drain well; reserve.
Spread each tortilla with 1 tablespoons of the dressing. Top with layers of turkey, tomato, lettuce, avocado and reserved bacon; dividing evenly. Roll up tortillas. If desired, tie each wrap with chives, or secure with long toothpicks; cut one-third from an end.
On a serving plate, stand both portions of the wrap on the cut ends. Repeat with remaining wraps. Garnish with tomato wedges, green onions and avocado, if desired.
