ingredients
2 pounds turnips, peeled and quartered
salt and pepper, to taste
1/2 cup brown sugar
4 tablespoons butter
1 orange, juiced
oil
directions
Place turnips in a roasting pan well coated in oil and roast till tender (approximately 30 minutes).
During last 15-20 minutes of cook time add the butter, brown sugar and orange juice. Serve hot.

what temperature is this cooked at?
I would probably set the oven to about 425F, that's what temp I usually see used for roasting vegetables. I wouldn't go any higher than that because of the sugar content in the glaze (it could burn)
