DRESSING
2 cups salad dressing
1 teaspoon dry mustard
2 tablespoons sugar
1/4 cup milk
salt and pepper, to taste
Salad
1 pound shell macaroni pasta
8 ounces frozen peas
5 cups diced cooked turkey
2 cups sliced celery
directions
In a bowl, whisk together the salad dressing, mustard, sugar, milk, salt, and pepper (to taste) until blended. Cover the bowl and place in the refrigerator while preparing the remaining ingredients.
Cook the pasta as directed on the package. Drain well then rinse in cold water. Drain again.
Cook the peas as directed then rinse in cold water.
Combine the pasta, peas, turkey, celery, and dressing mixture in a bowl. Mix well. Chill for 1 hour before serving.
