Pizza night is always a favorite, especially when you have great tasting pizza from some of the most popular restaurants.

Throw in some leftover turkey to really turn egg salad into something substantial. Mayo, eggs, and relish make a creamy and crunchy mixture perfect for lunch in a lettuce wrap or a sandwich.
1 1/2 cup mayo or salad dressing
6 hard-cooked eggs, chopped
1/2 cup sweet pickle relish
1/2 cup chopped celery
1/2 small onion, finely chopped
1 tablespoon celery seed
6 cups chopped leftover cooked dark and white meat turkey
Combine dressing, eggs, relish, celery, onion and celery seed in large bowl. Gently stir in turkey.
Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour before serving.

I liked this a lot. Simple but good.

This is really good! I did cut the recipe in half since it is just my husband and I. I also was a little worried that the mayo would have been somewhat over powering, so I did half mayo and half Miracle Whip. This was really good on some spicy crackers I found at the grocery store. Will make tis again for sure!

Your recipe was excellent. I added a stalk of sliced celery to it to give it some crunch. Celery goes into many things in addition to ingredients. It is magic on pizza.
