Combine the black eyed peas (you do not need to thaw them), ranch beans, onion, bell pepper, celery, okra (also does not need to be thawed), and tomatoes in the crock pot. Stir in the water and mix well.

Cover the crock pot and cook on low for 4-6 hours or until everything is heated through.
