Honey Glazed Turnips

ingredients
6 white turnips
1 cup chicken broth
1 tablespoon honey
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon white pepper
paprika
directions
Pare and slice turnips.
Bring both to a boil in a large saucepan. Add turnips; boil covered 5 min. Remove cover and continue cooking over low heat until most of liquid has evaporated.
Add honey, salt, and pepper. Put in a 1 1/2 qt. casserole. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
Bake, covered, at 350 degrees F for 30 minutes, or until heated through.
If desired sprinkle with snipped parsley.
