1 can French cut green beans
1 can shoepeg corn
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup celery
2 ounces pimiento
1/2 cup cheese
1/2 cup onion
1 can cream of celery soup
TOPPING
1 cup Ritz crackers, crumbled
1/2 cup almonds, slivered
1 stick butter, melted
directions
Combine all ingredients except topping. Place in casserole dish.
Sprinkle topping over casserole.
Bake at 350 degrees F for 45 minutes.
May be frozen.

1/2 cup celery & 1/2 cup onions is too much, use 1/4 cup each unless recipe is being doubled-then use 1/2 cup each
