ingredients
4 large potatoes, pared
2 tablespoons margarine
1 tablespoon chopped parsley
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
directions
With a melon baller, cut potatoes into 1" balls.
In large skillet, melt margarine over medium heat. Add potatoes and cook for 20 to 25 minutes. Stir occasionally until browned. Sprinkle with parsley, salt and pepper.
