Well, you'll certainly feel younger after a couple glasses. No promises regarding long-term effects, but the beachy blend of rum and pineapple with fizzy ginger ale is outstanding for summer party punches.

1 1/2 cup pineapple juice, well chilled
1 cup rum
4 1/2 cups ginger ale, well chilled
ice
Combine the pineapple juice and rum in a pitcher. Gently stir in the ginger ale.
Serve the punch over ice in tall glasses. Garnish with a pineapple wedge, if desired.

I've been making this as a single cocktail for years (in smaller proportions obviously) and it's always a summer favorite. I needed to make a punch for a party last weekend and was looking up rum drinks and found my favorite cocktail made for a large batch! Such a happy surprise! Thank you for the recipe!

This should be called "packs-a-punch punch"! Great summery drink.
