ingredients
1 can (46 ounce size) pineapple juice, chilled
1 can (6 ounce size) frozen limeade concentrate, thawed
1 1/2 cup rum, more to taste
1 bottle (1 liter size) club soda, chilled
1 dash angostura bitters
directions
In large nonmetal pitcher or punch bowl, combine pineapple juice, limeade concentrate and rum; mix well.
Refrigerate until thoroughly chilled.
Just before serving, stir in club soda and bitters.
Garnish each serving with wedge of fresh pineapple and maraschino cherry, if desired.
