Pumpkins aren't just for pies or Halloween decorations. These large, orange gourds - while naturally sweet - also work well in savory dishes. They pair well with poultry and pork (and especially bacon) and their creamy-when-cooked texture blends easily into soups.

I did this for my Christmas Dinner and let me tell you, It Was A Home Run. This is so good that you don't want to stop drinking it. I made 3 gal. and it was good to the last drop. It taste like the best fruit drink you'll ever have but it hits like a MAC Truck. Don't drink and drive !!
