This bola recipe makes a very fancy bowl of punch. Vodka, brandy, and chablis mixed with peaches and lemon juice, whole strawberries and a garnish of citrus peel is almost a work of art.

1/2 quart strawberries
1/2 quart peaches
1 cup peach juice
3/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup lemon juice
1 cup brandy or kirsch
1 lemon, peel of
1 orange, peel of
1/2 cup vodka
2 bottles chablis blanc, chilled
directions
Stem strawberries and peel and slice peaches. Marinate fruit overnight, at room temperature, with peach juice, sugar, lemon juice and brandy.
Add remaining ingredients and serve over ice from a chilled punch bowl.
