It may look like a sad little package shoved in the back of your freezer, but frozen spinach actually has a lot of culinary uses (and some may surprise you).

This strawberry-infused tequila is as easy as soaking halved strawberries and straining the tequila after a while.

4 cups fresh strawberries
2 cups tequila
Remove the hulls from the strawberries and then slice the strawberries in half. Place the strawberries in a jar. Add the tequila to the jar, making sure to cover the strawberries completely.
Cover the jar tightly then place in the refrigerator for a minimum of 3 weeks. When ready to serve, strain the tequila through several layers of cheesecloth in a fine-mesh sieve into another container. Serve straight up and well chilled.
