ingredients
1 carton (16 ounce size) sour cream
2 packages (8 ounce size) cream cheese, softened
2 packets dry taco seasoning mix
1 cup Cheddar cheese, shredded
1 cup lettuce, chopped
1/2 cup black olives, sliced
2 medium tomatoes, chopped
1 cup onions, chopped
directions
In a bowl, combine sour cream, cream cheese and taco seasoning. Mix well. Spread mixture into large serving plate with raised edges. In a bowl, combine sour cream, cream cheese and taco seasoning. Mix well. Spread mixture into large serving plate with raised edges.
Sprinkle with the cheese and all other toppings. Serve with tortilla chips. Needs a couple hours to chill before serving.

Made this for the first time 1/12/08 and it was a hit! The only thing I did differently was to divide the creamy mixture into 2 plates and then double the cheese, lettuce, olives and tomatoes. Left the onion off too. This will be made time and time again!
