1 teaspoon pure tea tree oil
directions
Combine the distilled water, witch hazel, and tea tree oil in a bottle with a lid. Shake well. Store for up to 2 weeks tightly covered at room temperature.
To use, pour the toner onto a cotton ball and wipe gently over your skin, avoiding the eyes and mouth.
