ingredients
3 tablespoons ground cinnamon
2 tablespoons ground cloves
1 tablespoon anise seed
1 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1 teaspoon ground ginger
1 quart water
directions
Mix together. Add water. Bring to boil, stirring occasionally, then simmer on low. Fills the house with a wonderful holiday scent.
NOTE: Dry mix can be used as gift.
