1 tablespoon cornstarch
1 drop orange oil (optional)
Stir together the dry milk, dry buttermilk, cornstarch, and orange oil and mix well. Place in a zip-top bag or other airtight container.
To use, add 1/4 cup bath powder to a full bath tub or 1 tablespoon into a baby bathtub or sink. Add while the water is running for easiest mixing. It should dissolve quickly.
