Ah, the unassuming envelope of onion soup mix. It's more than just for onion soup (or dip). It adds tremendous flavor (and convenience) in all these recipes.
The name, vodka, comes from the Russian phrase zhiznennaia voda, or "water of life". It can be made from everything from potatoes to beets. It's considered to be fairly flavorless which makes it a great liquor for mixed drinks.

I'd actually recommend using coconut oil instead of olive oil if you have it on hand (but olive oil will work fine too). Basically you just want to thin the mashed avocado so it's a bit more spreadable. Just remember if you use cold cream to thin it that you don't lick your fingers when you are done :) The mask has very good moisturizing qualities. Feels kinda weird but does a good job.
