OxiClean is a popular household cleaner that can be used for a variety of purposes. You can buy it at the store, or you can make your own at home!

1 cup hot water
1/2 cup baking soda
1/2 cup hydrogen peroxide
Combine the hot water, baking soda, and peroxide in a bucket or other container and stir until the baking soda has dissolved. Add clothing and let soak for 20 minutes or for as long as overnight. Wash the clothing as usual (you can add the soaking liquid to the washing machine along with detergent, no need to discard it).
If made ahead of time, the cleaning solution will lose its effectiveness so only prepare it when you are ready to use it.
