ingredients

6 ounces medium egg noodles, uncooked
1/4 cup reduced-calorie margarine, melted
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
1 dash garlic powder
2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese

directions

Cook noodles according to package directions, omitting salt and fat. Drain well.

Pour margarine over noodles. Add parsley and garlic powder, tossing gently to coat. Sprinkle with cheese.
