Pressure Cooker Spareribs Milwaukee-Style

ingredients
2 1/2 pounds spareribs
1 cup beer
1/3 cup honey
2 teaspoons lemon juice
1 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
1/8 teaspoon nutmeg
1 tablespoon cooking oil
directions
Cut ribs into serving pieces; place in shallow dish. combine beer, honey, lemon juice, salt, mustard, ginger, and nutmeg. Pour over ribs. Cover; chill for several hours or overnight.
Heat pressure cooker and add oil; brown ribs. Pour 1/2 cup marinade in pressure cooker.
Close cover securely. Place regulator on vent pipe. Cook 15 minutes. Let cooker cool on its own accord. Remove ribs. Thicken gravy if desired.
