Ah, the unassuming envelope of onion soup mix. It's more than just for onion soup (or dip). It adds tremendous flavor (and convenience) in all these recipes.

The name, vodka, comes from the Russian phrase zhiznennaia voda, or "water of life". It can be made from everything from potatoes to beets. It's considered to be fairly flavorless which makes it a great liquor for mixed drinks.

This was truly amazing. The meat was so tender you could cut it with a fork and the taste was absolutely wonderful. I made this for Christmas Eve dinner and everyone raved about it. It doesn't get much easier than this to make a pork tenderloin. I literally had dinner on in the crockpot in 5 minutes. Try this and you won't be disappointed.

Delicious. Easy. Need I say more? I loved that the garlic is left to cook on top of the pork. It imparts more flavor that way instead of getting diluted in the wine mixture. Highly recommend this recipe!
