2 cans (14 ounce size) sweetened condensed milk
1/2 cup fresh lime juice, preferably from Key limes
1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
1 1/2 teaspoon grated lime peel
1/2 teaspoon grated lemon peel
1/4 teaspoon green food coloring
1 (9-inch) graham cracker pie crust
sweetened whipped cream
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
In medium bowl, combine milk, lime juice, lemon juice, lime peel, lemon peel and food coloring. Mix just until ingredients are well blended; do not overmix. Pour into prepared pie crust. Bake for 5 minutes. Refrigerate at least 2 hours. Top with whipped cream. Serve.
