1 quart Beefamato or Clamato juice
1 lemon, juiced
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon Tabasco sauce
1 tablespoon prepared horseradish
1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
1/4 teaspoon celery salt
freshly ground white pepper
1 1/2 cup pepper-flavored or plain vodka

directions

Combine the tomato juice (beef or clam flavored), lemon, Worcestershire sauce, tabasco, horseradish, garlic salt, celery salt, white pepper, and vodka in a 2-quart pitcher. Stir well.

Place ice in individual glasses. Pour the bloody mary over the ice. Garnish with a lime or lemon slice, if desired.
