ingredients
1 package (8 ounce size) tortilla chips
1/2 cup refired beans
1/2 cup cheese sauce
1/4 cup jalapeno peppers, sliced
1/2 cup sliced black olives
1/2 cup onion, diced
1/2 cup tomatoes, diced
2 cups Cheddar cheese, shredded
2 cups jack cheese, shredded
1/2 cup scallions, chopped
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup guacamole
1/2 cup salsa
directions
Preheat oven 400 degrees F.
In 9" baking dish, spread an even layer of chips. Pour cheese sauce and beans evenly over chips. Sprinkle with jalapenos, olives, onions, and tomatoes.
Top with cheese and bake 5 minutes or until cheese melts. Garnish with scallions. Serve with sour cream, guacamole and salsa.
