ingredients
2 racks Danish baby back ribs
1 teaspoon seasoned salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon oregano
1/2 cup lemon juice
directions
Combine all ingredients in a 13x9" baking pan. Preheat oven to 400 degres F and cover pan with aluminum foil. Cook for 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
When completed, remove ribs and grill on barbecue. Baste with olive oil, lemon and oregano while on barbecue. It isn't necessary to barbecue, but it adds a nice flavor, and gives the ribs a nice color.
