1 teaspoon seasoned salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon oregano
1/2 cup lemon juice

When completed, remove ribs and grill on barbecue. Baste with olive oil, lemon and oregano while on barbecue. It isn't necessary to barbecue, but it adds a nice flavor, and gives the ribs a nice color.
