Slow Cooker Three Bean Burrito Bake

ingredients
1 tablespoon oil
1 onion, chopped
1 green bell pepper, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 can (16 ounce size) pinto beans, drained
1 can (16 ounce size) kidney beans, drained
1 can (16 ounce size) black beans, drained
1 can (4 ounce size) sliced black olives, drained
1 can (4 ounce size) green chiles
2 cans (15 ounce size) diced tomatoes
1 teaspoon chili powder
1 teaspoon cumin
6 flour tortillas (6" size)
2 cups shredded colby jack cheese

directions
Saute onions, green peppers, and garlic in large skillet in oil. Add beans, olives, chilies, tomatoes, chili powder and cumin.
In greased slow cooker, layer 3/4 cup vegetables, a tortillas, 1/3 cup cheese. Repeat layers until all those ingredients are used, ending with sauce.
Cover. Cook on low 8 to 10 hours. Serve with dollops of sour cream on individual servings.

This recipe is incomplete! IT says to end with sauce- there is no sauce in the recipe- Very disapointing. I actually began the recipe too. what a waste of food!
I think it just means ending with the veggie mixture (which would be saucy)
