ingredients
1 clove garlic
1 teaspoon kosher salt
1 shallot, roughly chopped
2 tablespoons capers
2 tablespoons cornichons, with their juice, roughly chopped
2/3 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 lemon, juiced
1 tablespoon chopped parsley
salt and pepper, to taste
directions
In a food processor, puree the garlic and salt. Add shallot, capers, cornichons and their juices and pulse a few times.
Add the mayonnaise, sour cream, lemon juice and parsley, and pulse. Season with salt and pepper.
